If you use a browser that supports secure connections, your order will be handled using our secure payment system, which protects credit card information while in transit over the Internet. We are located on a secure socket layer server with 128 bit encryption.
- Browse the available products. Make your selections by checking the box next to the item you want. Type the quantity in the appropriate box. If a pop-up menu lists more than one item, be sure to indicate which product you want to order.
- Add items to your shopping cart by clicking the button labeled "Add to Cart."
- Complete your order, and check out using the buttons provided. Please fill in the required information. If you use a credit card and our secure payment system, everything can be handled electronically. If you prefer, you may make a printed copy of your order, and mail it to CAIN's Magic & Mystery Shop, 150 Terrace Way, NY 13031, with your check, money order, or credit card number and expiration date. You also may place telephone orders by calling 1.315.488.9125.
The table below shows the ground shipping and handling charges for CAIN's Magic & Mystery Shop. Orders to addresses in the continental United States usually are shipped by ground through United Parcel Service or the U.S. Postal Service. They should be received within 5 to 7 business days. For rush 2-day shipping, add $8 to the total shipping charge. Credit card orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or an address outside the United States will be charged actual postage and a minimal handling charge. Orders shipped to addresses in New York state are charged a state tax of 7 percent.
We do not sell or give information about our customers and clients to other companies or organizations. Facts you provide CAIN's Magic & Mystery Shop (such as your name, address, e-mail and payment details) are used to enhance your electronic shopping experience. We may use the information to keep you informed about orders, improve our service and alert you to special deals and programs. Please indicate if you prefer not to be contacted.
CAIN's Magic & Mystery Shop is committed to ensuring that its customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you buy a magic trick or other item from our shop, we will do our best to help you enjoy it. Simply e-mail Ron Cain at rcain@twcny.rr.com with your questions. Make sure you identify the item, indicate when you bought it from his shop, and explain any problems you may be having. He will send you an e-mail with his suggestions, which may include advice on how to master an illusion or use a particular mystical or novelty item.
At the same time, however, CAIN's Magic & Mystery Shop has a no-refund policy. When buying an illusion, you're buying a secret. Secrets cannot be returned. Therefore, all sales are final.
